SMS Terms of Service

1. Overview

AtPlumb LLC (“AtPlumb,” “we,” “our”) uses SMS text messaging to deliver appointment reminders, job updates, and service notifications to customers of plumbing businesses that use our platform. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to the terms on this page and our Privacy Policy.

2. Program Description

Opted-in recipients may receive:

  • Appointment confirmations and 24-hour / 1-hour reminders
  • On-the-way and arrival notifications from your service provider
  • Job status updates and service completion notices
  • Invoice and payment confirmations
  • Review requests after service is completed
  • Occasional account or service announcements

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your scheduled appointments and service activity. Most customers receive 1–3 messages per appointment, plus occasional follow-ups.

4. Cost

Message & data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates set by your mobile carrier apply to every message sent and received. AtPlumb does not charge you for these messages. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.

5. Opt-Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you one final confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may also opt out by asking your service provider to remove you, or by contacting us at hi@atplumb.com.

6. Help

If at any time you have questions about the program, reply HELP to any message. You will receive a response with contact information. You can also email hi@atplumb.com.

7. Re-Subscribe

If you previously opted out and want to receive messages again, reply START to any prior message or ask your service provider to re-enable SMS on your account.

8. Supported Carriers

The program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Messages are delivered through our SMS partner (Twilio) solely to operate the program described above.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
